Absolutely! We provide login credentials when the site is uploaded and the final payment has been received. Your website is part of your business equity - as much as buildings and equipment.
There are some critical areas within a WordPress dashboard that can be damaged if you are not a web developer or have an advanced knowledge of WordPress. If you want to update with new information or pictures, we can make you an editor with permissions to access “safe” areas like adding posts and editing photo galleries.
There is a 12-month commitment required for first year management/marketing clients. After that, clients are on a 30-day term basis, with the exception of off-page SEO campaigns. Strengthening keyword position through off-page campaigns requires time and consistency. Google AdWords campaigns are a minimum of six months. Most of our clients have been with us at least three years at 30-day terms.
Technology updating (plug-ins, theme, etc.) is included with all management programs. Content updating for WordPress Management program clients is billed per hour or half-hour. One hour of client-provided content updating per month is included with our SEO and Content Management program. Hours do not rollover per month. Copywriting, photography and video services are available to create new content.
We provide both monthly .pdf reports and digital dashboard logins with each management program we offer: Location Management (directories), SEO and Content Management, and Reputation Management. One hour of consultation is included per month for Brand Builder clients.
We cannot guarantee search engine rank position (SERP) results. If on-page SEO efforts do not yield optimal results, we will recommend an off-page campaign. We have found that approximately 90% of our clients will rank on first page for at least half of the keywords we are targeting within the first year with just on-page SEO efforts.
NO!! Copywriting is included in every web development project. You are required to schedule-in several roundtable meetings with us to provide input. Once the articles are written, you must proof/edit/approve the articles (in Word docs) within a set period of time.
In the interest of time and expense, our web development projects are designed in the building-out process. You show us a few websites that you like, we decide on the layout; you then review the site at 80% completion for minor changes. We can, however, provide a graphical mockup design upon request for any client who wants to see it before we build it out.
